If your active PSAs have blocked you, start reconsidering your approach, though you may have lost those PSAs forever, you should avoid the same mistakes with new ones. If your non-active PSAs have blocked you I think that is very clear, they have all but opted out, so no matter how awesome you are, they are gone from your "flock".
