You just have to send him/her a simple gift card welcome message with his/her name on top bold.
Then, send him another message to access and motivate him/her as seen below.

Please, kindly reply me the few question below,
1. have you been engaged in any online/affiliate business previously?
2. Can you be a term leader?
3. How much do you wish to earn monthly (just your wish)?
