The most valuable skills you can teach your downline is the duplication process of your PSA's. Teach your downline to recruit new PSA's for their downline and this way you will build a strong foundation for your team. Lead by example and teach them to stay active with SFI and that with a little perseverance they too will become successful with SFI. Teach your downline to market SFI through advertising and even building an SFI Website. Teach them to teach their new PSA's to do the same. This is what we mean when we say to duplicate their results.
Another marketing skill to teach your downline is to be active on sponsoring PRM's (Personally Referred Members). This is where their commissions will really pay off.
The best marketing skill is advertising and just be active in advertising on different websites. Their are many free ways to do this, however; if you have a budget to set aside for advertising this can greatly increase your advertising results. One marketing skill is to keep trying different advertising platforms until you see what works best for you. This is through trial and error by setting your key codes to see where your best results come from.
