The one thing affiliates struggle the most is uncertainity of their progress in business. By this, I mean, and I think only about daily active affiliates, that they can get discouraged by non-response to their efforts - advertising, daily connecting and fulfilling all the actions, promoting on all levels. The affiliate who performs all necessary actions and more, and after all that effort gets no active PSAs or CSAs, no sales, and no gain, will start to think about turning to some other prospects. The good sponsor and co sponsor should foresee such an outcome and prevent it by giving verbal and visible support, also by sharing hers/his own experiences and doubts, and ways for getting on top of them.
