First of all we contact them as soon as we are asigned as their co-sponsor. We should invite and encourage them to contact us if they need assistance in getting started or if they have any query.
Personally i contact them on weekly basis as all my CSAs are inactive and they have never responded to any mails i sent them, so to me it is like a routine. I send them one email every week in the hope that one day they will become active.
For Active CSAs we can send encouraging mails or tips and give them assistance whenever they request as in this way we wont be overloading them as of course their sponsor might be contacting them as well.
