Well, who knows what your CSAs will be to you in good time?
CSAs- Co-Sponsor Affiliate. This means you're titled Sponsor, bears the roll of Sponsor and is being paid as Sponsor though not the actual and primary Sponsor.
You twain in your roll and responsibility. Your are second runner up to the crown.(Sponsor)
They are in your timeline/downline.
That being said. I believe as people, they expect to be treated with same treatment that you would give your PSAs, with support and concerned assistance as all who wants to learn and succeed.
(a) Therefore, you offer your assistance to them.
(b) Letting them know you are in support of them.
(c) Help them with solutions if necessary.
Though not primary Sponsor, you have been given a roll to stand in the gap.
They also help you in your team building efforts gathering a strong team.(numbers/work force)
Treat both PSAs and CSAs as equal allowing your Awesome Sponsor technique to shine through.
Contacting them as often as you deem necessary in helping to build their business without overwhelming them. Minimum communication once a week newsletters etc...
You never know they maybe your goldmine. possible?
