I have missed being in E365 competition when I started for many reasons. Thinking back, it would have been nice to have participated and won the Class Champion, as it is one nice Badge to have and an accomplishment that should give pride to every SFI Affiliate.
So I can empathise the feeling of disappointment if my affiliates have been knocked out of the E-365 competition.
There's good news for them though! There is a Second Chance Program that they can avail of.
If eliminated, or knocked out, from the contest during the first five rounds, they can get back into the contest by becoming Bronze Team Leader (BTL) within their 60th day of joining SFI.
Once they qualified as BTL, they will be immediately inserted into the Finalists Drawings and will remain eligible until their 365th day in SFI, so long as they maintain the minimum rank of BTL.
But if they lose their BTL status, they are permanently eliminated from E365.
This will give your affiliates great motivation to try again and work hard to become BTL and move up while they are competing and in the running for E365 Class Champion.
