It is a simple answer, Communication, when you receive a message from your upline, reply, it is not only polite, but important for you to make contact, you may not need their help now, but you may later on. As a sponsor we cannot assist our downline members if they simply ignore our communications, we are here ready and happy to give as much support as we can for you to become successful. Open communication should be how you get maximum support from your upline.
