Every prospective affiliates on joining the business always expect to start earning at least hundreds of dollars at the start of the business without investing. Before the discouragement they may have thought SFI is a get quick riches which is a wrong idea.
I guess some where encouraged by other peoples testimony and pay home checks, with out them knowing how much money and time they have invested over the years before they could boost of the amount on their pay home checks.
I guess doing the daily actions will become more boring after the first month and gathering of Versal points will make the whole issue more frustrating if they still don't understand the rules of the business.
So to begin with those who must continue the busines, as you will always have those that will never be serious with the business, state clearly to the that SFI business is not a get quick riches program.
To keep them on the business you must emphasis on their daily login as very necessary then ou can start doing the following
1. As the sponsor, you can start encouraging them by sending Tcredits to the affiliates
2. Teach them how to go about recruiting and duplication.
3. Inform them about your Co-op and encourage them to continue to login daily every month to continue to receive a share of all you sign up affiliates
4. Any affiliate that makes at least an EA should receive a minimum of $2 gift certificate.
5. Encourage them to always play the Eager Zebra games to win Tcredits and cool badges for their home pages.
6. Encourage them to have a budget every month towards growing the business.
7. Encourage them to buy PSAs, buy S-builder Co-op as well.
8. Setup contest, this will encourage some to stay and have reasons to continue the.business
I believe the best business that provides a large range of opportunity is SFI, and its only those who understands how to stay focus, determined and aimed to be successful that will really have a head way in SFI. You don't need to be learned just Do the DO's and you will see yourself doing great at the business.
Also, as a Sponsor and Mentor develop your mentoring skills as that will be one way to help some stay focus since they have you around. Because so many stop and start saying its a waste of time as soon as they find out their sponsor doesn't know about the business.
