I really love to see and have affiliates whom I have sponsors have advanced faster as I do. I feel proud to have them in my team. I am a BTL now. If they are STL or GTL or PTL, that they are 'better' than me and I would very much like to learn from them how they can make it to that levels.
It is a time for me to review my position to be at par with them and to enjoy the benefits and opportunities that they have created for me. But I must be in that rank to get full benefits and previleges. Refer to benefits and Compensation Plan.
In real life, we learn through experience. Even though I am junior in rank, but senior in experience, I would like to share what I have gone through in SFI business which the fast achievers fail to experience. Ignoring the pitfalls and refuse to take advice may lead them to failure.
In SFI, you cannot be a team leader forever unless you struggle to maintain through hard work and persistence. I may not have other resources besides that provided by SFI but I can share my experience of what I have gone through so that they can avoid the pitfalls. As a team leader it is my duty and responsibility to see that all my downline are successful. Unless they are successful, only then I will be successful.
Continue to send them SFI newsletters and keep in touch with them through group or individual emails. Your presence and support make them feel that they are not alone. Send them e-cards to congratulate them of their achievement. Tell them not to be too complecent but continue to work hard.
The amount of support and their training needs vary as they climb up the ladder. At that rank they are expected to know more. So redundancy of support and advice may not help them positively.
