If persons I sponsor advance in SFI faster than I do, should I continue to try to train and support them?
Training is preparing individuals to develop skills necessary to perform a task competently.
If your affiliate is competent to do a certain task, you would not need to train him in that task. you will be wasting your time.
As sponsors we are advice to lead by example and be awesome sponsors. We must however be careful not to treat our affiliates as individuals who need to be trained.
If your affiliates are advancing faster than you, take a look at why you cannot
keep up.
Are they more knowledgeable than you? If they are, how can you train them?
If they are not necessarily more knowledgeable, you would support their efforts and motivate them to grow.
You may wish to exclude them from certain newsletters. This way you can focus on those who need more guidance.
Continue to:
--Congratulate them
--Send them newsletters appropriate to them
--Recognize their accomplishments as you would any other
--You can reward them for their achievements
--Be there should they have any questions
Be thankful that members of your downline are advancing.
