First thing to ask is what they were expecting and try to show them how SFI offers a strong foundation and steady increased results and doesn't make impossible to deliver promises.
Remind them that there is no investment required and they can take as long as needed to learn the system, and tell them that they wont find as many people in one place ready to help them succeed anywhere online.
See most people who give that excuse were looking for faster earnings or a minimum dollar amount earned from month one. They still believe someone can teach them how to achieve $10,000 a month in income in 30 days or less without it costing them $20,000. They tend to have fears because of all the doubting Thomas' we have in our forum who badmouth inactive referrals, and cry because free traffic exchanges only result in them seeing other companies offers instead of a ton of people wanting to join their SFI etc.. are complaining in 2 out of 5 post.
They hear the alarmist crying foul every time there is a simple to solve problem or they don't understand something, and start tuning out the voices of those of us making money with SFI who are sharing training post to help them do it too.
They often have PSA of their own who have not yet become active or were active and then stopped working and are fearful that they aren't seeing the same mistake these other people see when they decide to leave SFI. Most of all they are afraid they will lose precious time and money for something they fear is not real and have outside detractors they have yet to learn to tune out.
The fact they have given you a reason means they want you to put their fears at ease and motivate them to stay. It is far easier to just leave and break off all communication, so grab this opportunity to address their fears and educate their minds.
