Take note, moving to the next level is easier to achieve if you are new in SFI; that is because of the initial support that SFI provides to all new affiliates. But the crucial point is, maintaining the EA or TL rank in the succeeding months is not as easy as it was during the first month. This is the reason why as your PSA’s sponsor, you should not stop giving training and extending your help. Be an awesome sponsor that any PSA could be proud of and duplicate.
You should be knowledgeable enough in terms of how SFI works. You must have your own strategy for growth that you can share to your PSAs.
