You must make your downline feel that you are there not only as the Sponsor but also as a Mentor! Ask about their family, how life is in their part of the world? Make them feel comfortable as though you are really concerned about them. Show them that you have genuine concern. love and care for them. Most times it is difficult to relate, so do not talk about their SFI Business. You must build a family relationship with them and say there you are there for them if they need your help.Invite them to talk about any problems that they have."Rome was not built in a day". It takes time to build a relationship so be prepared to wait! Become their bosom buddy to open up to you and assure them that their secrets will remain confidential.Once family, broken heartedness,etc are solved by you, you will win their hearts! Then they will listen to you when you ask them to restart their SFI business because you have won them over, they are now ready to trust you and listen to your every instructions!
