Communication skills are dependent on both sides. Yet the one who first gives information must make greater efforts. SFI has tremendous positive database of marketing methods. The first contact should be welcome letter. We then still do not know the person with whom we start communicating. The letter should give encouragement and direction of action of a new member. It is forbidden (but not smart) "force" a new member to communicate at all costs, it insults the intelligence of us yet unknown persons.
Remember that each member of the SFI families working for yourself and your advantage. Each member should find their own advantage by working together in a group.
It is useful to use their own experience and beginners' mistakes and recognize associates.
They will see themselves that benefit you provide them. Communication is taught in two ways:
through experience (not recommended), and from others' experiences (methods SFI gives you free). Good luck in your new job.
