Even though I am not having good communication skills, it is not a good excuse for not supporting my affiliates. First I must be ready to learn and practice the art of good communications- the skills have to be learned by reading and practicing and through good communicators if I want my business to be successful.
A good communicator, like a public speaker, is not born with the skills but learning and practicing the skills over and over again., may be through failures and continuous improvement.
Understand my own potentials and capability. I may not good in speaking because of language problems, but good in writing. Then I can use this skill to communicate with my affiliates. A good and meaningful body language will help others to understand my expression.
Read, understand and apply the concepts of 25 dos and 8 don'ts on how to become an awesome sponsor.
Understand my affiliates. Work with the workers. Be equal partners in the business.
Send group or individual emails frequently to keep in touch..
Encourage them to join in the Forum and ever ready to answer any question from my affiliates.
Don't be pushy to achieve my goals but be patient and considerate with the affiliates. Appreciate their problems and try to help them.
