There are two forms of communication:verbal and written. At SFI sponsors are required to communicate in writing beginning with a welcome letter.
You do not need to communicate verbally to support or be of help to your downline.
You can show support by acknowledging new affiliates promptly, a simple e Card to welcome them so they know you are here and available.
Compose a simple welcome message and save it for your use, this should not be difficult and does not require any communication skills.
Keep your Leadership page up-to-date and in English, so they have your written instructions at hand.
SFI has provided sample messages for our use. If reading english is not a problem you can use these sample messages for your Leadership page and your weekly newsletters.
If language is the barrier how about translating your messages and weekly newsletters into english using a translator and saving them.
Reward them for their accomplishments and recognize their hard work with eCards.
Direct them to use the forum the best way you can.
In case an affiliate asks for your help and you are not confident in responding, you can ask your sponsor for help with communication.
Remember to work with the workers.
