Hello, Offer them some incentive, make it worth their while so to speak, send out encouragement through e-mails, offer them some of your T Credits, or gift certificates, just keep stroking them, but don't make it to obvious either, like don't let them think you are doing this just because you just want them to go out and earn for you. ( even though that is what their job entails) Right? Remember when you first got them what you were told? That their success is your success, something like that?
