We hear of many affiliates who talk about their sponsors and co sponsor not being helpful or simply ignoring them. In spite of this they have gone on to be successful in SFI. I congratulate them on their determination and tenacity to succeed. I say well done.
Some of these folks then go one to say that one does not really need a sponsor or a co sponsor. I disagree.
I tell my team - all generations this: "Your Sponsor is very important to your success in SFI. If you need help with the business, if you dont understand any aspect of the SFI business contact your sponsor. He/She is there to help you and is your very best friend - to train, coach, support and cheer you on. Don't be shy, don't be too proud - ask for help."
You see, not all of us are the same. I needed help when I first started and I was fortunate enough to get a caring sponsor who helped and coached me. My co sponsor also keeps in regular contact. If I hadn't received the help from my sponsor & co sponsor I probably would have left long time ago, given up on SFI or probably still floundering not understanding SFI and internet marketing.
I want to do the same for my affiliates and I try to do this as best as I can. If they don't need my help that's their call but I am readily available and I still send them notes cheering them on.
I say good sponsor and co-sponsors are very important especially when an affiliate first starts off in SFI.
