A good sponsor and co-sponsor must be persons who walk the talk and show good examples that the downline can emulate which lead to success. They should keep in touch with their downline regularly to make their presence felt, motivate, advise, and that they care of their affiliates.
They must be persons dedicated and sincere to the business irrespective of any unfavorable situation. They are there to guide and assist in any possible ways on their own capability.
Show good examples by scoring high vps every day and every month by doing the required tasks in the business. Challenge the members that hard works, patience, persistence and determination will pay in the long run to achieve success.
Provide generous incentives and rewards to motivate the downline. Continually update their leadership page.
Make the client charter "service before self" as leaders(EA/TL) that they are there to help. Be friendly and emphatic that every affiliate is like a growing plant bearing the golden fruits when the teir time comes.
Good sponsor and co-sponsor will lead the business and be successful with the help of the members of the team. That's why in SFI, to be successful, a team must have good sponsor and co-sponsor(EA/TL).
