The best start is the MOVERS tab on your Things To Do list. This is where I see all my team members who are active come up automatically (depending on their log in statistics). If you would like your sponsor to notice you, this is the place to be in. This means being active daily but if you log in and do make any points, you will be left out of this important Movers' Tab. So make sure that you make points whenever you log in.
I am tempted to always send out an e-card to my team members encouraging them to continue moving forward and congratulating them for their achievements, however small they may be. As a Sponsor, this is where I notice my workers!
When you post in the Forum, your Sponsor will notice you and comment on your participation. In addition, you must also take an assertive approach and communicate with your Sponsor - this is the best way you will be noticed by your Sponsor.
Alternatively, the Genealogy is where you would be listed but as the team expands and there are so many affiliates joining in, CSAs and PSAs can total upto thousands. A filter in the system will come up with all the movers in my team and as a Sponsor, I will still look for the active affiliates.
