Secondly, you can SFI mailer service "Contact your sponsor" and "upline" under Support tab on your homepage.
Thirdly, you can chat online with your sponsor using the Chat facility. Make sure that your sponsor is online or you can leave a message.
You can also join in the Forum as you will be linked to your sponsor, upline and a2a friends, and team members.
