It depends upon what kind of reason for your contact.
When using the PSA Mailer, all of your PSAs will receive an e-mail in their personal e-mail box, along with receiving one in their SFI mailbox.
If you are contacting only a couple of your PSAs for a specific reason, such as, one on one assistance, than use their personal e-mail address, for this will make it a little more helpful and personable, for your PSAs.
If you are contacting a couple of your PSAs for some sort of recognition, or to share a tip, then use the E-Cards, for this is more personable, and you are also acknowledging and encouraging for your PSAs.
All of our PSAs are working at a different level in their business, some are new, some are struggling and some are getting experienced, and don't need too much guidance anymore.
So, it depends upon what kind of reason for your contact to your PSA's, as to what type of method to use.
