If they live in a shared accommodation and are sharing a computer with other people, discuss the problem with them and organise an hour or two for you to have your turn at the computer.
If they have friends who have computers, arrange to use the computer with a small fee to use their device.
For the affiliates who have smart phones but no computer at home, or are limited by internet connections because of the place where they live, there are internet cafés, or a libraries where they can pay a certain amount to use the computer for doing the daily tasks.
