Let' s face it, being an affiliate at SFI is an online endeavour. Use of the computer and access to the Internet are mandatory, there is no other way.
Limited use of the computer can vary from only 1/2 hour per day to only once per week. It depends on the how much access the affiliates have altogether. In any case affiliates must use the computer.
I would say access to sign in and get the daily work done 7 days per week would be enough. If the affiliate still hasn't got enough access to complete the daily tasks, take
a look at the minimum he can do.
This is the minimum he /she would need to maintain any status, so advise him to:
-Set up a standing order for PSA's either PSA's to go or S.builder Co op. As many as would allow him to reach his goal for recruiting PSA's.
-Send the team mails once per week
-Post 3 stream messages per week
-Sign in at other times whenever he can so he can to grow
-Recruit through word of mouth or offline.
If access is still limited and these cannot be done, use of a public computer, a smart phone or that of a friend are alternatives.
He will not be able to:
-Bid at the auctions
-Play the games
-Read and post at the forum
-Read the ASk SC
You will not be able to do his work for him/her
