An affiliate who constantly ask questions, directions, and guidance suggests an eager learner who knows what to ask, when to ask, and what to look for has the communication skills crucial to helping the affiliate become a star in SFI.
If your affiliates have been in SFI longer than a month, their current current activities will be shown by the number of Badges earned. Their badges will also help you identify a particular skill such as Top Enroller, for having recruiting/sponsoring skill, a Forum Badge and Forum Guru Badge will show affiliates with communication skills who also enjoy sharing their skills with others.
You can also identify affiliates with I.T. skills by the ease with which they start a blog, a webpage, or advertise SFI and TC products online.
Once you're able to identify these skills that you also possess, helping your affiliates to become SFI stars will be rewarding and fulfilling.
