This is a very good question. Sometimes it is difficult to personalize a letter with information from the Affiliate Profile because they have not sone anything with it yet. With that being said, I always write a personalized welcome letter to each of my PSAs and even CSAs. If they have set up their Affiliate Profile then I try to use information off of that, but if they haven't I always write a letter to tell them the important steps they need to follow. I introduce myself and tell them how long I have been with SFI and what my goals are, then I always ask for them to email me back with a little about themselves, their goals, and how I can help them.
