The only way that someone will become serious about SFI and go on to be successful is they must want it as bad as they need to breath.
All you can do is be instrumental in bringing this about. You must be an inspiration to your team. Someone they would desire to emulate. This is why it is so very important to follow the SFI Rules of Success and to lead by example.
If your affiliate is already serious then you will need to continue being supportive in every way.
Communication is key! If you have an affiliate that is asking questions you will need to respond every time and be spot on with your answers. How often have you used this ? gotten a response back without your question being answered? You already know how frustrating this can be. Don't be instrumental in causing emotional upsets. You don't want to see someone on your team becoming disgruntled and leaving SFI as a result.
Produce a newsletter that covers a host or reasons why people quit and make a strong case to dispel each of them from their thinking. Get a collection of the hottest, informative business building content and inspirational posts saved to an email draft. Use these in your stream posts and weekly team mailings.
Don't live in a copy & pasted world. Participate in answering Ask SC questions. Work hard on becoming a Top Author in Ask SC. This is a great way to develop your writing skills and your own content.
Read in and Contribute at the Forum.
Go for the Gold and continue to aim high.
