I think that there is nothing wrong with using the PSA Greeting format to welcome your new PSAs.

When you see them working on-line, (by checking your Movers tab), you can always send them a Chat or an E-mail and do a more personalized Welcome.
The reason I say this is because, let's say you just started a new ad campaign, and it is giving you a great response and you have just received 25 new PSAs on your first day of advertising. The second day, you more than doubled the amount of new sign ups.
Now, if you take the time to address each one individually, you will be consuming more time sending welcome letters than you will be able to handle and will be losing more time doing advertising or other important things that you need to do to build up your business.
Keep in mind also, that not all new PSAs that sign up, will begin to start working their new business. They might just browse through the SFI site to see what it is all about and than leave.
There is nothing wrong with doing and using Time Management Tools. Take advantage of the tools available. So you can just keep on moving forward.
