We talked about a similar issue with my upline a few days ago - he said "leave them alone". You should be content for now because they are at least logging in and completing their RED TABS. We have affiliates who never log in from the time they join and they are deleted from the Genealogy.
With time, as you get to know your affiliates better, you can convey a few learning messages in your team mail. Get them to realize that the daily points are as important as the rest of the learning material that will earn them more points and eventually better income.
Perhaps there is a reason that the affiliates are only completing the daily tasks - maybe they are trying to find out how much they will earn. You cannot tell what is the reason behind this and it is for you to find out with tact. Do not overwhelm them with messages. There are many such messages coming from SFI as well.
You will be surprised to find out that there will be affiliates who will lead their team better than you or me but need time. Let me figure it out independently and answer their questions as best as you can - that in itself is a huge motivator!
