The only way you will find serious affiliates and know that they're serious is to actually go out and talk to people one-on-one. Whether it be when you're out shopping, at your work place or with family. By talking to them and telling them of the great experience that you are having and the wonderful success and the unlimited wealth that is there for the taking, and based on their response you can decide whether or not they are going to fit in your team. Basically you will be able to screen out those that are just curious versus those that get really excited and share your vision about growing with SFI right then.
The limiting factor though is that you may miss an opportunity for a person who really doesn't know their own capabilities until joining and then realizing what great opportunities there are and becomes very serious in the end result.
