Leading by example is the best way to motivate you team to do other activities.
Those badges you have earned and are shown at you profile tell a great story about you and what you do and have achieved in SFI. Tell your affiliates about them and point out to them why they are there. They are badges of achievement.
For example:
- Daily VersaPoints Streak tells how long you have consistently log in every day and earned VP. This gives testimony to how dedicated you are and substance to your urgings for them to log in daily.
- If you are urging your people to take part in the ASK SC having Top Author Votes and ASK SC Ratings badges at your profile will certainly back up what you are saying.
Lead by example.
You should also consistently communicate with them. Tell them about your achievements. Tell them about other affiliates achievements, even if they are not of your team. Point to the leaders of the various leader boards: country leaders, class leaders, VersaPoint leaders etc.. Encourage them to look at the profile of those leaders.
If one of your team members reaches a milestone within SFI, make a fuzz of it. Publicly congratulate the member, give them a gift if you are able to, and let all you team members know about it. It doesn’t matter what the milestone it, it could be just making EA, be excited about it and tell everyone about it.
Explain to them and tell them why they need to advertise and show them how.
Tell them why they need to take part in ASK SC, become A2A members, join Wave3, take part in The Forum, Fast Track, Auctions etc..
Explain to them the advantages of advancing through the ranks and how.
Continually talk to them, coaching and encouraging them. Tell them that although doing the Daily To Do List helps, simply doing that and nothing more will get them nowhere. They need to do a lot more to grow their businesses.
