SFI has the perfect platform for larg group management. As we have all been shown, it is important to work with your workers. We only need 5 committed affiliates to build a large team from. There are tools that allow us to reasign other active affiliates under each committed affiliate in our first line. Only assign affiliates to committed active team leaders or very active Executive Affiliates.
Bronze Team Leaders in my opinion are Team Leaders in training. They are active Excutive Affiliates that are committed to signing in every day, complete all their daily, weekly and monthly actions, and participate in as much of TripleClicks, Egar Zebra Games and Pricebenders as much as possible; having a standing order is also asign of thier commitment to invest in their business each month regularly. These are the leaders that can build and manage a team of five more.
It may take thousands of affiliates to find those five committed affiliates. This is why re-assigning affiliates to only Team Leaders is important to me. It is also important because managing their downline is not nessasary, they are doing the job of managing thier own team. Hopefully they are looking to duplicate the same system. This makes team management much easier and much more effective than micro management.
