I just look at the tools affiliate manager, there we can see their activities and what they have acquired. I regular send emails through PSA and CSA mailer to encourage and just give thanks for those already working hard. sometimes I send a personal message to the affiliates when their birthday, celebrate, and achieve something in SFI. Do not forget to take advantage of the stream of tools to deliver your message to the affiliate, you can choose affiliate level here who can read your messages. To increase the confidence of our affiliates I have tried a small contest for affiliates who can reach a certain level. You can give a gift card, TCredits, and also some of their downline to do the reassign to form a minimum until the second generation.
Best of all the activities you will be rewarded with PV.
