To get new PSA to commit to SFI is quiet a doddle as I have learnt if you show them all the benefits that SFI has to offer.Its like dangling a carrot in front of a donkey eventually they will bite.Once you have seen what Goals they have ,you can exsplain to them they can reach that Goal if they stay committed to signing in everyday.
