Should the way you approach prospective ECAs vary by country/region?

To my knowledge I think one should not take into account country/region when approaching prospective ECA
SFI is a Global business.
It is much easier to approach prospective ECA if you share the same language.
You may easily contact them by visiting them at their business to esplain any questions they may have if you are in the same country.
People have different ideas on how they want to advertise Respect that decision.
Also it is more viable to go face to face with your prospective ECA if possible.
My approach would be Leaflets,Business cards, flyers telephone calls brochures.
Having said that prospective ECA is a gold mine so the way you approach then should not really vary.
Global is what we have here as a bussiness in SFI.

Personally I think its important to have members taking on the role as Leaders as this helps your team and you to succeed in SFI Afterall we all want to reach the highest point and earn good money in SFI The more leaders in your team the better the profits.
Help others and you will be rewarded.
Lead by example.
Not by lip service.

To get new PSA to commit to SFI is quiet a doddle as I have learnt if you show them all the benefits that SFI has to offer.Its like dangling a carrot in front of a donkey eventually they will bite.Once you have seen what Goals they have ,you can exsplain to them they can reach that Goal if they stay committed to signing in everyday.

Exsplain to prospects,Firstly its FREE to be part of a well established business on line,they could build a successful SFI business,as all the tools are available,Easy to follow.Residual income.The Owner and President is always available if you have need to talk about anything you not too sure about.Support is second to non.

The best answer to that question will be to Recruit as many PSA as possible,Help then to become Affilliates.Advise them to Send Flyers,Gift cards,enter the Grand competition everyday.Do the To Do List every single day,weekends too.Advertise your link for Pricebenders.All these will help collect the VP points we all need to reach the top.

Always make yourself available,show them that you do care about their SFI business.Lead by example.Praise them for their achievments.Give the Trippleclicks cards as a thank you for any achievment.Try and get a Skype connection with them.Its much friendlier.
