It’s very important question. Maintaining and boosting momentum in your group is very important for you and your group. As the future prosperity of yours and your group depends on how fast you progress in your SFI business. You can boost and maintain momentum only if you are in constant touch with your downline members
There are quite a number of ways you can remain in touch with them and boost and maintain momentum in your group, as mentioned and explained below:
1. As soon as a new PSA or CSA joins you, see that has he/she confirmed the registration in SFI, because if the email is not confirmed your PSA/CSA is unlikely to read your messages.
2. Send welcome message through email, e-cards, group mailing etc. You can send a small message up to 1200 words through PM (Personal message)
3. Try to get connected with each other on social media networks like Facebook, twitter, stumble upon, APSense, BizOppers etc.
Now assume that you are in constant touch with them, having done that provide some valuable incentive to the workers by working with the workers:
a) Create Co-ops and distribute shares
b) Award them with Tcredits for their acheivements
c) Issue them Gift Certificates
d) Help them in becoming atleast EAs every month
e) Provide them with useful guidelines & tips as often as possible
f) Become yourself a Team Leader and lead them by example
g) Be seen to them more frequently on FORUM and create confidence among themselves.
