Every new member needs some help from sponsors,You should make a balance .
In the beginning nothing is too much, later many of us relax and communication decreases what I consider to be mistake.
Every day Communicate with your co-workers, offer them your help .
After a month or two you'll know who will be true leader and who need more and who less assistance from you.
