Your affiliates are at SFI either to earn an income or to build a business.

Helping them too much will be doing their work for them so they can achieve an income from either. in any business you must make some investment or it is not a business. Investment is money or time, so investing YOUR time and money will be helping them too much.

You as a sponsor have to teach, coach and mentor them so they can be successful with the work they do, but they must do the work themselves.

Helping them financially is too much. They must invest their own money making purchases or promoting the gateways.

Offering them incentives and rewards for achievements, or through contests is not too much; it is a promotion strategy for you.

Giving your advice or opinion(when asked)is not too much.
