There are many ways you can help a new PSA who needs guidance even if you're new in SFI and have little knowledge about marketing.
Share your experience. When you first joined SFI you were in their shoes, what you did to learn, the training materials that helped you, etc.
That as a newbie yourself, all you did was to read and follow the SFI Basics and learn the Launchpad lessons by heart and learn from the SFI Rules of Success.
That in the beginning you were as overwhelmed as your new PSA is but because you wanted to know more you never missed a day logging in and earning VP and learning.
Point your PSA to the Forum to learn from others. Give him the links to various subjects that we need to know and share tips that you yourself proved useful especially in promoting SFI and marketing TripleClicks products and services.
Advise your PSA to click everything in the Tool Bar of the homepage, where to find FAQs and how to send Tickets to Support when a problem occur and you are unable to give help to solve.
While you are helping your new PSA, you are also gaining confidence and more knowledge and also being an awesome sponsor. You gain more because you're training yourself to be an effective team leader. Together you both grow!
