You can help them in many ways. First of all, tell them that you yourself are new to the business so they know that even someone new to SFI can achieve success and that it's not hard at all. Show them all the steps you've taken to get yourself started.
Refer them to your upline. Even though you're their sponsor, that doesn't mean that your upline cannot help your PSAs. Your upline is usually more experienced and if they are willing to share their knowledge with your PSAs it benefits you, your PSA and even your upline.
Give them links to resources which are useful for marketing and SFI. Links which you yourself have used and which can teach them exactly what they need to do. There are tons of e-books, videos and other helpful tools out there, you need only point your PSAs in the right direction.
