First and foremost a credit card is not a requirement to join SFI neither is it a requirement to be a leader. In which case for one to reach TL one does not need to have credit card. If the essence of having a credit card is to make purchases so as to earn VPs there are many ways to make purchases among them Tcurrency, MRPs, Cheques. Also one can choose to buy from an ECA who is in their country and use Tcurrency.
