1. Leading by example, you can not ask your affiliates to do what your not willing to do yourself if you want something to be done you need to do it yourself first and do a stream news to everyone in your downline of your accomplishment.!
2. If you had decided to be an TL make you sure you actually have a Team, why.? Well SFI calls it Matching VP Mr. Carson calls it the jewel of SFI, that's right Matching VP it's one of the greatest ideas SFI has created imagine getting matching VP up to 12 Levels deep with hundreds of TL's under you, how great it's that.!
3. Another benefit of being TL it's the second home CSA's that as a TL you are given by the 15 of every month, I love the fact to see and wait who is going to be on my team I'm great-full that SFI has giving me many second home CSA's and many of them with standing order in place.! From what I know no other company does this.!
