There are many ways to measure personal success here at SFI:
1. Badges:
From the day you join SFI you start to accumulate badges.The longer your list of badges the more successful you appear to your downline. This is also the only way others can gauge your success when they check out your profile. You can get a feel for how well you are doing from the day you start and see the badge list grow as you grow with SFI.
2: VP:
VersaPoints give you rank in the power Rank Leaderboards. You can gauge your success against the rest of the SFI community, all the members from your country as well as against those who joined the same day as you. The higher your VP the higher your rank and the more successful you are being. Remember that this rank will increase over time depending on your success!
3. Team Leader Status:
As you accumulate VP for the current month your team leader status increases, the higher your team leader status the more successful you are being at building and maintaining a team at SFI. Remember the team is the key to success here at SFI. You can also achieve very high Teamleader status in the first month but maintaining that status is what determines success here!
4. Commissions:
You can base your success on the amount of income you are earning, but remember it takes time to build an income at SFI so don't judge on commissions from the get go!I watch as the monthly amount increasing and determine success from there...if I earned $1 last month and $2 this month an improvement was made and that means I am moving towards success!
