Your question is valid because this is a common issue at SFI and new Affiliates as well as those who have been in the business for over 3 months, sometimes less find it difficult to sustain the business and think about quitting.
Sometimes I am very direct with my PSAs because that is what they need to encourage them to move on. Others do not take too kindly to "brutal" honesty but that is how I prefer to approach this dilemma.
I would deal with my PSAs who have these two concerns in this way:-
1..No business will give you returns immediately. In SFI, you invest time, money and a depend on cumulative team effort. Without these 3 factors, your returns will be very slow.
2..Citing to them my own example, if you start off with an active team of 1 or 2 PSAs in your 1st month in SFI, you have 3 people working. This will generate an income, however small but it is a start to a bigger check. So the question of putting in more than getting out does not arise! And, you may not even have invested any cash yet.
3..It is essential to understand that SFI is not a business where you will become rich quickly and this must be one of your constant reminders to your Affiliates.
4..There are other pertinent factors that will play a part in the decisions of your PSAs who wish to quit, over which you will have absolutely no control but keep in mind that you must have fully supported the PSAs before they reach this decision.
SFI is a challenge and therefore it requires a lot of resilience, hard work and commitment to dedicate yourself in a business that has high potential of growth. I would be looking for PSAs with such qualities. Individuals who have long terms plans to build a residual income so do not feel too bad when one decides to quit because you cannot really force someone to stay on in a program that they do not wish to.
