Do not ignore these people. They have enrolled as a SFI affiliate and are just that until they Opt-Out or are purged. Do you think they will ever find what they are looking for outside SFI? Not likely. Since most of these haven't red very much of their training lessons, they probably don't even know how to opt out. I've told many people how to Opt -Out. None whom I've told have done that. A few others do, but so far none that I've told about optin out have.
It is hard to get someone restarted or even started in the first place. But not all idle affiliates have deleted SFI from their memories. Some are still reading the communications. And you will notice that some log in and do nothing. They are checking the pulse. I write to those people personally and try to find out what is keeping them from becoming active. few time during the year I also write the inactives and remind them that they are still SFI affiliates.
The rest I send the same group mails to that I send the active Affiliates. In these mailings I try to solve a few un-named problems that they might be having, that is if they have looked at the Training. I have had affiliates who after a year of inactivity have begun to earn vp. So while those with thousands of affiliates "work with those who work", I have spent money and time to gather my affiliates and I regard them as potentially valuable, worth spending some time on, building up their confidence in themselves. Does it always work? Nope. But would you want your sponsor to have disregarded you at the beginning?
For those of you who were, you know what it feels like.It's not always so important because you need the actual help, but you need the encouragement and empowermant from someone who have faith in your ability to do it.
