Use a G-mail or Yahoo Mail account and sign up through your form, confirm the sign up and wait for your auto responder messages to start coming in.
This will show you exactly what your customers see, and will tell you where your messages are being received. If they are going into the Junk or SPAM folder you need to change the language of your messages and get your subscribers to white list your e-mail address.
