Not everyone is a born teamleader (myself included). If you are a parent like most of us are you can relate, no one is ready for what's to come but we still face it with a smile. You can be a team leader even if you are not a born leader, because the more you learn the best you can help your team. Teach them to do what you do, guide them to be team leaders themselves, at least one will surprise you. And always remember even a shy person can be team leader in SFI, because unless you have your webcam on, your team can't see you. They can't see your expresions and makes you feel less afraid to communicate with them.
