An effective Team Leader in SFI is an Awesome Sponsor.
A 'Leader' is in reality a servant of the people he/she leads. It’s a service position. A politician is looked upon as a leader but his role is to serve the people of his constituent/country. SFI Team Leaders are the same.
We do not have to be born leaders, we just need the will to serve others, to help others be successful in the business.
We may not have the abilities to make long speeches and stir up people emotionally to do what we want. We don't have to do those things anyway. We all joined SFI because we want financial success. We therefore need to bear in mind the fact that if our team members are successful we ourselves achieve financial success. Let this be a motivating factor for us to be good team leaders.
As SFI Team Leaders we should focus on their success.

If we want to be good Team Leaders, we need to take advantage of all these tools and resources, learn as much about the business both within and outside SFI, and be awesome sponsors to our teams. We do not need to be ‘born leaders’ (there is no such thing)
