This may be leading to different perspectives. Is this referring to people (more human) management or product management? So if someone has his/her leading capabilities over people management probably genetically has it over past decade. (Example: Probably present president’s son has more people managing skills to govern the present cabinet other than the President.) The reason for this situation is last three generations involve in politics and they have much exposure to the people.
Other than that when we are considering the marketing system any one go through materials to study and gain the output as it is then later applied that knowledge in different situations to find the correct Answer can be done.
Finally I can say most of the people are not born leaders considering millions of people. Because of this reasons they have to gain that knowledge do not have considering different materials or training programs. After many years of practical training they can be leader to their marketing system.
